You may skip the whole process of hiring a marketing manager and all the risks involved. We align on our goals, objectives and plans before we start. Once we get going you have my time, commitment and experience so that we can succeed together.

This is how I work

 
  • Discovery call or a meeting. I would like to learn more about your business, your objectives and challenges, meet your team and share ideas of what I believe our cooperation could bring.

  • Based on our discussion I develop a proposal where I outline your marketing strategy and steps needed to develop each element. I submit my proposal for approval. If approved, we agree on how to structure our work schedule and sign confidentiality agreement.

  • We work together through a series of workshops to achieve set goals. All input in workshops serves as basis for my work individually. Output varies depending on cooperation objectives which we agree upon. It could be full scale strategic plan including white space analysis, business review, target personas, and value proposition. In other cases we focus on tactical marketing plan, content ideas, e-mail marketing, social media strategy and campaign plans. For some cases my work would include all of the above plus some.

  • When everything is ready according to our plan, I can stay during the implementation for as long as needed to keep an eye on your growth and tweak some details.

  • Discovery call or a meeting. I would like to know what drives your search to new horizons in the market. What is your value proposition and why you believe there is a need for your product in the desired segment?

  • Before I submit my proposal I will do some research to come up with a fair assessment of market situation and likelihood to succeed based on my experience, market knowledge and available data.

  • This is the stage where you decide whether you believe we can succeed together. I submit my research findings and cooperation proposal with suggested activities and/or go-to market plan. Once approved, we agree on the structure of our work together.

  • I will need a business e-mail address linking me to the business and freedom to act on your behalf (yes, we will sign confidentiality agreement). I come up with a detailed go-to market plan which I will implement when aligned with you. Go-to-market approach might include suggestions to your overall marketing strategy and activities (website, content marketing, social media profile, inbound campaigns, etc).
